Terms & Conditions of Purchases & Returns
*Your company or personal check is welcome, but due to new banking regulations, we may wait up to 7 days for your check to clear your bank before shipping machines, or accessories. Payments with PayPal may take up to 4 days to be funded or deposited into our business account, again a slight delay may occur with these funds transferring and funding.
Once you have used your steam unit, it becomes a used product, we can not refund or return your machine. We may assist you in finding a different home for your machine if for some reason you aren't happy with the results of steam cleaning.
***There is a 20% restocking/return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original box must not be opened and equipment must not be used. This applies to Durrmaid and Sandia Products. Pre authorization must be approved prior to any return shipping, in addition a return/refund request form will be mailed out to customer after receiving returned merchandise in perfect, unopened condition. This form must be signed and returned to the seller prior to any company check refund.
